Returns and Exchanges Policy
If you are not satisfied with our goods and wish to make a claim of replacement or refund due to the below reasons;
- you believe the good which was ordered by you has not been provided correctly; or
- you are not satisfied with the quality of the goods you have received
A claim should be sent to alaystrading@gmail.com. Our customer service representative will assess your claim once it is received with a copy of your proof of purchase and the goods in original unopened condition. We reserve the right to inspect the goods before making an assessment for claim. All request for returns or refunds must be lodged within 7 (Calendar) days of receipt of goods
The cost of shipment will be borne by the buyer unless the issue arises from the seller (incorrect delivery of order) and shipping cost are not refundable.
Please use a shipping service that is trackable or purchase shipping insurance as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item
